About CertifyMeUp

Professional records should be ready before anyone asks for them.

CertifyMeUp exists to make continuing-education recordkeeping feel like a dependable routine instead of an emergency reconstruction project.

The problem we are focused on

Credentialed professionals learn throughout the year, but the evidence often ends up in separate inboxes, download folders, cloud drives, course portals, notes, and spreadsheets. When renewal arrives, the work is not simply “count the hours.” It is remembering what happened, matching activities to requirements, finding proof, and reconstructing a history that should have remained connected.

CertifyMeUp gives Professional Engineers and project professionals one place to keep certification details, renewal periods, training logs, watched learning time, category allocations, and supporting files together.

Built for honest recordkeeping

CertifyMeUp does not award continuing-education credit, approve a course, or speak for a licensing board or credentialing organization. The product helps you organize the record; the governing organization decides what is eligible and what must be submitted.

What guides the product

  • Capture the context: the activity, date, hours, category, notes, and evidence should stay together.
  • Respect professional complexity: one person may hold several licenses and certifications with overlapping activity.
  • Preserve history: closing a renewal period should not erase the record behind it.
  • Make export possible: professionals should be able to retrieve ledger data and the related evidence.
  • Use clear boundaries: guidance is not a guarantee, and current rules must be verified at the source.
